Hines v. City of Columbus Police

David A. Goldstein Co., L.P.A., along with a Michigan law firm, represented Joseph Hines, an Ohio State University student, in United States Southern District Court asserting claims against three Columbus Division of Police officers alleging excessive force when they arrested him. After a five-day Trial, the jury returned the verdict against one of the officers on a claim for excessive force and awarded compensatory damages to Mr. Hines.
